Bonus Programs

Company Benefits
Company-Assisted Vehicle Financing Program

Eligibility
This program is available to all full-time employees who have completed at least 12 months of service with the Company
Eligible employees must maintain a positive performance record and be in good standing with the Company at the time of application.
The program covers both cars and motorcycles, subject to approval by the finance and HR departments.

Benefits
The Company will contribute up to 10% of the total vehicle cost for the down payment, with the employee required to contribute at least 10%, though they may contribute more if desired. Monthly installment payments will be shared equally, with the Company covering 50% and the employee responsible for the other 50%.

Terms and Conditions
If an employee resigns or is terminated, they may either retain the vehicle by repaying the Company’s total contribution up to that point, or return the vehicle to the Company. In the case of returning the vehicle, the Company will refund 50% of the employee’s total contributions (including the down payment and monthly installments) made up to the date of departure.
The vehicle must be returned in good condition, subject to inspection. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at its discretion and will provide employees with prior notice of any changes. Participation in the program is contingent on the employee’s compliance with all terms of the financing agreement.

Umrah Package Policy
At Arc Inventador, we are dedicated to supporting the personal and spiritual growth of our employees. To honor this commitment, we offer an annual Umrah Package to provide an opportunity for our employees to perform the Umrah pilgrimage.

Eligibility
Full-time employees who have completed at least 12 months of continuous service with the company are eligible for the Umrah Package.
Employees must participate in the annual raffle to be selected.
Employees who have previously won the Umrah Package are not eligible to win again.
Package Entitlement
Annual Raffle: One eligible employee will be selected each year through a transparent raffle process.
Travel Tickets: Round-trip airfare to and from Mecca for one person
Accommodation: Hotel stay arranged by the company for the duration of the Umrah pilgrimage.
Terms and Conditions
Non-Transferable: The Umrah Package is granted once per employee during their employment and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
Validity: The package must be used within one year from the date of the raffle.
Additional Expenses: Employees are responsible for covering meals, visa fees, personal expenses, and any other costs not specified in the package.
Leave Approval: Employees must request the necessary leave at least one month in advance to ensure adequate planning for workload coverage.
Scheduling: Travel dates will be coordinated with the Human Resources department and are subject to approval based on business needs.
Combination with Other Leave: Employees may combine the Umrah Package with other forms of leave (e.g., annual leave) with prior approval from their manager.
